What we collect
Account details (name, e-mail, phone, company), inspection data you enter (addresses, ratings, comments, photos) and technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the service, generate your reports, power AI features you trigger, send transactional e-mail, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
When you use an AI feature, the relevant photo or text is sent to our AI provider solely to produce the result you requested. It is not used to train public models.
Storage & security
Data is stored on private servers, encrypted in transit, backed up daily and isolated per organisation with role-based access.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting support. Reports remain downloadable for 90 days after cancellation.
